Returns Policy

NOTE: 

All returns are to be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product. TSM is not liable for any replacement or refunds after said period. 


RETURN OF UNOPENED PRODUCT:

We are happy to accept returns on "Unopened" products.


-- For unopened products which a client wishes to return, client will pay the return delivery charges.

-- If free delivery was applied on order and product is returned, the delivery charges will be recalculated on original order and adjusted in refund.

-- The amount will be refunded after we get the product back and is inspected by our warehouse team.

-- In case product is found opened or the product packaging has been damaged by the client, it will be returned to customer with added delivery charges and TSM will not take it back.



BROKEN OR DAMAGED PRODUCT:

We will also refund the full amount of the product as well as the delivery charges in case of breakage during delivery. The product will have to be sent back to us in few cases. We will refund return delivery charges as well.

In case a product is delivered to the client fully packed from the manufacturer, and product amount in it is less, there won't be any compensation in such a case.



RETURNED AS REFUSED TO ACCEPT:

In case a client refuses to accept a dispatched order due to any reason, double delivery charges will apply for their next order. The said client will not be given Cash On Delivery option from that account Or any other account with same delivery address from where order was refused. Client will only be able to place orders on Bank Transfer, Credit / Debit card payment, or EasyPaisa payment options for future orders.

REFUND OPTIONS:

The client has two options for payment redemption:


-- Store Credit: An equivalent amount will be added to your TSM account as credit and will be deducted from total amount of next order automatically. 

*Place an order of amount higher or equivalent to store credit to claim full refund. Credit will be visible in cart once you login to TSMPK.com.

-- Bank transfer: If bank is any other than Standard Chartered Bank, Rs 140 will be deducted as bank transfer charges.
